Handyman for Residential and Commercial Properties in Al-Rayyan

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Handyman to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of both residential and commercial properties. This includes tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong knowledge of various trades. This full-time position offers a salary of 1200$ per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs
- Performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with appliances and equipment
- Ordering necessary materials and supplies for repairs
- Keeping accurate records of all maintenance performed
- Responding to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Communicating with property managers and owners regarding any major repairs or projects
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with tenants, property managers, and owners
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor if necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in residential or commercial properties preferred
- Experience working with different types of tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to property maintenance
