Loader Operator


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and move materials on construction sites or in warehouses. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader machinery to load and move materials such as dirt, rocks, gravel, or other materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the safe operation of equipment
- Conduct daily inspections of machinery and report any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages
- Follow loading instructions provided by site or warehouse manager
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loader machinery
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret loading instructions
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
