Loader Operator



We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Muscat. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials, such as dirt, rocks, sand, and other construction materials. Your main duties will include operating the loader to move materials around the job site, inspecting equipment for any maintenance issues, and ensuring safe operation at all times.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience operating loaders and be able to read and understand construction plans. You should also have good hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader equipment to move materials on job sites
- Inspect equipment for any operational or maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times while operating the loader
- Load and unload trucks with materials as needed
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loader equipment
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Physical strength and stamina for working in a fast-paced environment
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of safety protocols
