Indian Waiter at a High-End Restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Waiter to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that the dining experience is enjoyable for all.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and seat them at their tables
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Ensure accuracy of orders and promptly relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell when appropriate
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure proper set up for each shift
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service
