A luxury hotel in Medina is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the highest quality of food and service for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and updating menus, managing inventory and food costs, hiring and training kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Applicants from Africa or Egypt are preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
