We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Nizwa, Oman. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales. You must have a strong understanding of restaurant operations and be able to handle high-stress situations with ease. A competitive salary of 1400$ will be offered to the successful candidate. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Oversee staff and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage
- Collaborate with management team on menu changes, promotions, and special events
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
