We are in search of a skilled Malayalee Chef to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Kerala dishes, as well as creating new and innovative recipes that showcase the unique flavors of Kerala cuisine. Your role will also include managing the kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Kerala dishes such as appam, stew, avial, and biryani
- Create new and innovative recipes that showcase the unique flavors of Kerala cuisine
- Manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with a strong understanding of Kerala cuisine
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with management and staff members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in El-Ain, UAE. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
