Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) in Mecca, Saudi Arabia
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing a high-volume restaurant, preferably with experience in Indian cuisine. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant including overseeing staff, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Create schedules for staff and handle any staffing issues that may arise
- Train and mentor new employees to maintain high-quality service standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
- Monitor expenses and control costs to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Indian cuisine
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities and ability to manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with inventory management and budgeting is preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals or have experience working with Indian cuisine. This is a contract position without accommodation provided.
