English Teacher

We are in need of a skilled and passionate English Teacher to join our team in Nizwa. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing students' progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. You will also be expected to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of varying ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Use a variety of instructional techniques to engage and motivate students
- Assess and track students' progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their strengths and areas for improvement
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's academic progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement cross-curricular activities
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and individual growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in an international setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of English language structure, grammar rules, and literature
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners
- Passion for education and dedication to student success

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This is an on-site position located in Nizwa. Accommodation is not provided but assistance can be given in finding suitable housing. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Oman.
