Construction Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Nizwa. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure they are adhered to
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality work
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:
- Prior experience working in Nizwa or the surrounding area
- Accommodation provided for non-local candidates
