Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Identify the insurance needs of clients and recommend suitable policies to meet their requirements
- Explain policy details, coverage options, and premiums to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Process new insurance policies, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and provide assistance with claims if necessary
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must have own visa and be able to work legally in Saudi Arabia
