Nurse Supervisor



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the nursing staff in our healthcare facility. This is a full time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train nursing staff, ensuring they provide high-quality care to patients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations in the facility
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Handle any patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Nurse Supervisor
- Valid nursing license in Oman
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
