Night Auditor



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Doha. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions during the overnight shift. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues throughout the night.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, cash payments, and credit card transactions
- Reconcile and balance all daily reports and prepare accurate summaries for management
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process check-ins and check-outs for guests arriving or departing during the night shift
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to various departments within the hotel
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel software systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1600 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
