Crane Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a physical job that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to job requirements and safety guidelines
- Inspect equipment before use and report any defects or malfunctions
- Prepare lifting plans and rigging procedures
- Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio
- Monitor load weight and distribution to ensure safe operation
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including hours worked and materials lifted

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator license or certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Knowledge of rigging techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and lifting plans
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
