Handyman

A well-established company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on various properties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a handyman and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs
- Perform general repairs such as fixing leaks, repairing drywall, and replacing light fixtures
- Install new appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems including toilets, sinks, and pipes
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and make necessary repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Respond promptly to service requests from tenants or property owners
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
