Office Assistant - Khasab, Oman
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, handling office supplies and equipment, and performing other general clerical tasks.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners. Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this position.
This is a full-time job with a salary of 1100$ per month. While prior experience is not required, candidates with previous office experience will be given preference. A biometric passport is also preferred but not mandatory.
