We are in need of an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Medina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. You will work closely with our team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package of $1000 per month.
