Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Dubai. You will be in charge of planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Your duties will include managing project budgets and schedules, negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar position. You must possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with clients. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of work meets industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the work of contractors and construction teams
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions
- Monitor project costs to stay within budget
- Ensure quality control of work meets industry standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project management software
Salary: 1400$ per month
