Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who has a strong background in construction management. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working on large-scale projects and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review project plans, budgets, and schedules to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and standards
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
