Excavator Operator



We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Nizwa. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment on construction sites, digging trenches, and loading and unloading materials. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:

- Operate excavator safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Follow all company and industry safety regulations
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Dig trenches, load and unload materials, and clear debris from construction sites
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators on construction sites
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience operating other heavy equipment such as bulldozers or backhoes
- Basic knowledge of mechanics for performing minor repairs on equipment
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Prior experience working in the Nizwa area
