Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects in the city of Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Mason, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This position is suitable for men who have experience in the construction industry and are looking for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of masons and other construction workers
- Ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials needed for each project
- Communicate with project managers to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods
- Ability to read plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
