As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing the day-to-day operations of our office in Nizwa, Oman. Your duties will include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and organizing company documents. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a contract position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided. Salary is 1300$ per month.
