African Construction Manager in Dubai

As an African Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Dubai. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Obtain necessary permits from local authorities and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
- Supervise construction workers and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare progress reports for senior management or clients as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: $1300 per month

This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one for working in Dubai. Fluency in English is required for this position.
