Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Dubai. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to completion. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Problem-solve issues that arise during construction process
- Monitor project expenses and track progress against budget
- Oversee site operations including scheduling of materials delivery, equipment usage, and labor allocation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Preference for Indian nationals with English speaking skills

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dubai (without accommodation)
