Handyman - Maintenance Assistant (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a leading property management company based in Al-Kuwait and we are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is handy, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and ensure they are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred.
- No English language skills required.
- Prior experience as a handyman or in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided by the company.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
