Secretary (Yanbu, Saudi Arabia)

We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our office staff. Your main duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other daily tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working in a similar role is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Women and English-speaking African candidates are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
