Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your duties will include managing incoming calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining office files and records, and coordinating office events and meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Accommodation may be provided for the right candidate. This position is suitable for Africans, Malayalees, English speakers, and students looking for a stable job opportunity in Al-Khor.
