We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Al-Khor, Egypt. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks, both indoors and outdoors. Your duties will include fixing electrical and plumbing issues, repairing appliances, painting, and performing general upkeep tasks.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of various hand and power tools, as well as experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. You should also possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets
- Repairing or replacing damaged appliances or fixtures
- Painting walls, doors, or other surfaces as needed
- Performing basic carpentry work such as installing shelves or repairing furniture
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs
- Maintaining outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris
- Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of one year. The contract may be extended depending on performance.

Candidates must already have their own valid visa for Egypt to be considered for this position.
