A business assistant is required
Assistant Responsibilities:
Assisting in the recruitment of employees
Writing job advertisements for various positions.
Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates.
Maintaining candidate database and organizing appointment schedules.
Client Interaction
Communicating promptly and professionally to resolve customer issues.
Supporting clients in the process of using the services.
Collecting and analyzing client feedback.
Work with documents
Creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word.
Working with tables in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and charts).
Creating reports and presentations as requested.
Managing databases in CRM systems:
Updating customer and transaction information.
Maintaining reports on completed tasks and projects.
Systematization of data to simplify search and analysis.
Creation of marketing materials (banners, posts in social networks) with the help of Canva.
Development of graphic elements for presentations
Assist in project planning and management:
Participating in the development and implementation of project plans.
Performing manager's tasks and helping to coordinate the work of the team.
Monitoring task deadlines and adhering to deadlines.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: At least 1.5 years in a similar position.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Experience with CRM systems.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
Ability to listen and respond
