Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons to ensure timely and high-quality completion of construction projects. This role is suitable for Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and have prior experience in masonry work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and direct a team of masons to complete construction projects according to specifications and deadlines
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Monitor the quality of work being done and provide guidance and support as needed
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials needed for projects
- Communicate with project managers to report progress, issues, and concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a mason or in a supervisory role in construction
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Knowledge of different types of materials used in masonry work
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

Salary: 1600$ per month

City: Bayan, Egypt
