Mason Supervisor

Our construction company is in need of a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Bayan, Egypt. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of masons on various construction projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards
- Supervise the use of different tools and materials
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve their skills
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers
- Ensure that all materials are used efficiently and wastage is minimized
- Maintain a safe working environment for all workers
- Conduct quality control checks on finished work

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Mason in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of different materials and techniques used in masonry work
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination

Salary: $1300 per month

Employment Type: Full-time, with visa sponsorship
