Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are in need of a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, both in person and on the phone
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
