Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

A reputable retail store in Medina is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, answering any questions they may have, and ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
- Process shipments and restock merchandise
- Assist in inventory management to ensure products are always available
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
