Seasonal Restaurant Manager
As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. Your main responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards for food and beverage. You will also be responsible for creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and expenses, and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue.
To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in restaurant management and be familiar with the hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team are essential. A degree or diploma in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required.
This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1700$, suitable for Pakistani or Malayalee candidates who do not require English proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements. Previous experience is not necessary as we provide comprehensive training to all new employees.
