Restaurant Manager

Our well-established restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position requires someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably in the Egyptian cuisine. The ideal candidate must also have excellent English speaking skills, as well as a valid work visa or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of Egyptian cuisine is preferred.
- Excellent English speaking skills are required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Proficient in inventory management software systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
