Crane Operator


We are in need of a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and experienced individual, with a strong understanding of crane operations and safety procedures. This position requires operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects on construction sites or other locations as needed. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the crane, performing routine maintenance and inspections, and communicating effectively with the team on site.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects according to job requirements
- Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on the crane
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with the team on site to ensure smooth operations
- Read and interpret load charts to determine weight limitations
- Rig loads using proper techniques for safe lifting
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including maintenance reports, load records, and time sheets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid certification for operating cranes (TUV or equivalent)
- Ability to read load charts and rig loads safely
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operations
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to work in outdoor environments under various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
