Job Title: Construction Manager

A dynamic and experienced Construction Manager is needed to oversee and manage construction projects in Khasab. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within set deadlines and budget constraints.
- Oversee quality control measures to meet project specifications.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to address any concerns or issues.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Primavera P6).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required.
