Welder - Khasab Contract Position



We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Welder to join our team on a contract basis in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to project specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Inspect and maintain welding equipment for safety and efficiency
- Ensure all work is completed according to quality standards and within project deadlines
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, ARC, and oxy-acetylene
- Familiarity with various types of metals, including steel, aluminum, and copper
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic understanding of welding safety procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
