Pastry Chef
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. They will work closely with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items, while also ensuring that all pastries are consistently delicious and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, strong creativity and attention to detail, as well as excellent time management skills. This role is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar and is open to Indian and Malayalee candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to established recipes
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items
- Ensure that all pastries are consistently delicious and visually appealing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Train and supervise pastry assistants when necessary
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and presentation methods
- Creativity and attention to detail in developing new recipes and menu items
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Experience managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Good communication skills for training pastry assistants when necessary

Education:
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will also be considered.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Note:
This job is open for Indian or Malayalee candidates who have relevant experience as a Pastry Chef. No English language skills are required for this position.
