Barista Trainee

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista Trainee to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Barista Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the art of coffee making. This is a temporary position ideal for individuals without prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Learn and follow proper techniques for brewing espresso-based drinks
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Learn about different types of coffee beans and their origins
- Practice latte art under supervision
- Attend training sessions to further enhance your skills

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but knowledge or interest in coffee making is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior baristas
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be legally eligible to work in Salalah, Oman
