Part-Time Barista

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a part-time basis in the beautiful city of Salalah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a barista, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent position with visa sponsorship available.

As a Part-Time Barista, your duties will include:

- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe counter and work area
- Operating cash register and handling payments
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Adhering to all food safety guidelines while preparing drinks
- Restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1800$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Salalah (visa sponsorship available)
