Loader Operator


Our construction company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and a valid loader operator license. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating the loader safely and efficiently, and performing routine maintenance on the equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the loader to load and unload materials, such as dirt, gravel, or debris
- Move materials to designated areas using the loader
- Perform routine maintenance on the loader, including checking fluid levels and greasing moving parts
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure safe operation of the loader
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations
- Inspect materials for any defects or damage before loading them onto trucks or other equipment
- Keep accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience operating a loader or similar heavy equipment
- Valid loader operator license
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
