Construction Manager



Our construction company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Egypt and other African countries. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any concerns
- Prepare progress reports for clients and company management
- Assist in the hiring and training of new team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on projects in Africa is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

Salary & Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation as well as visa sponsorship for our international employees.
