Construction Manager - Ar-Ruwais, Africa

Our construction company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects in Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of the construction process from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on construction projects in Africa
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ar-Ruwais, Africa (accommodation provided)
