Junior Merchandiser

As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail and eager to learn more about the merchandising industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and maintaining visual displays to showcase products
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Work with vendors to negotiate pricing and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and analyze performance metrics
- Assist with product photography and editing for online platforms
- Participate in product meetings to provide input on potential new items

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in retail or marketing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis

Location: Al Buraymi (open to all nationalities)
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
