Indian Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Indian Concierge to join our luxury hotel team in Al-Rayyan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel and its amenities
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Handle guest requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and tour bookings
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling guest information
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Keep track of daily activities, events, and special requests to ensure all requirements are met
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area at all times

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid residence visa in Qatar (own visa)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is an advantage)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
