Guest Services Concierge

We are in need of a highly organized and customer-oriented Guest Services Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay for them. Your duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns, and maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, have prior experience in the hospitality industry, and hold an Indian nationality. Accommodation will be provided along with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
