Speech Therapist


We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team in Medina. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized therapy plans and provide effective treatments to help improve their communication skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist
- Experience working with individuals of different ages and backgrounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans based on individual needs

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
- Implement treatment plans using various techniques, such as speech exercises, language games, and assistive devices
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on strategies for improving their communication skills and managing their disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Salary: 1000$ per month
