Entry Level Industrial Engineer - Ar-Ruwais, UAE



We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. This position is ideal for freshers or individuals with limited experience who are looking to start their career in the industrial engineering field.

As an Entry Level Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve productivity and efficiency within our company. You will also work closely with other engineers and managers to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of production processes
- Conduct time studies and analyze data to identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement
- Develop layout plans and optimize production flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or equipment
- Monitor production performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Support cost reduction initiatives through process optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, layouts and methods preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
