Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Manama. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress of construction projects, identifying any potential issues or delays.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate updates on project progress to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the course of the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Salary: 900$ per month
